Relax. Flow. Breath. Join us for an unforgettable outdoor experience right next to beautiful Clear Creek in Golden Colorado. Let the sounds of the flowing river and the beautiful mountain backdrop enhance your practice and leave you with a sense of serenity.

We will embark on a 55 minute yoga flow followed by a 20 minute sound bath expereience.

Please bring a mat, water, and any yoga and sound bath props you enjoy using: small pillow, blanket, eye cover, yoga block/strap etc.
