I come from, am a physical part of, and will go right back to this universe.

I am here to share any means of love, joy, healing, growth, transformation, information and means of authentic connection that I can.

My birth name is Cassandra. I have spent the last decade of my life dedicated to my spiritual and energetic growth so that I may best serve those around me.

Through the power of energetics/frequencies and multiple forms of embodiment I assist others in getting in tune with who they are and what they want to manifest all while creating a space of self love and compassion along the journey. I believe that our whole being is interconnected and every aspect of ourselves is important to the whole.

The modalities I most love to share range from meditation, breath work, sound healing, reiki, crystal healing, yoga, personal/physical training, stretch therapy, and touch therapy.

By reading the energetics surrounding you and your space I tailor specifically channeled sessions for your deepest, truest, and highest connect to self and the cosmos around you.

A bit about my modalities of choice

Sound Bowl Healing/Immersion

  • Through the use of crystal singing bowls tuned to the different frequencies of the chakras, as well as other instruments resonating with different healing vibrations we create a space of rest, reset, and healing on a subconscious and physical level. As the sound waves travel through the body they assist in clearing energy blockages, improve emotional well-being, and foster a deep sense of relaxation.

Reiki/Crystal Healing

  • Reiki harnesses and directs universal energy through one to anther to support cleansing, healing, and balancing of the physical, mental, and energetic bodies. Whether you’re looking to address specific issues or simply enhance your overall sense of well-being, Reiki offers a gentle and non-invasive/no contact approach to healing.

  • Adding the use of specific stones and crystal with corresponding healing frequencies can amplify the results of any or all modalities. Each stone has its own specific energetic blue print that assists these processes on a molecular level.

Meditation

  • Through accessing self awareness and concentration in the mind we can do amazing things! Meditation does not necessarily mean being still and silent. Through visualization, listening, focusing, stilling, and directing our mental space we can clear, heal, breakthrough, and create things we may never have thought possible. I am here to guide you through channeled mediation best for you in the moment

Thai Yoga Bodywork/Stretch/Touch Therapy

  • By listening to the needs of your physical space and guided by my attuned hands, through combining elements of yoga, stretching, acupressure, and energy work we move through places of pain, immobility, and tension to create improved circulation contributing to elasticity, healing, and freedom in the physical space that will inevitably translate into other parts of ourselves.

Yoga (physical)

  • Through the movement of the body we can begin to see where we might be holding/creating physical blocks as well as tap into their mental mirrors.

  • I offer many different forms of physical yoga and we can decide what is best for you together!

    Restorative, Yin, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Strength/Sculpt, etc

  • You can also work with me virtually through my yoga/fitness app

Physical/Personal Training

  • create physical/cardio vascular strength and mobility through the use of individualized functional fitness ranging from cardio movements, agility/balance training, light weight/body weight movements, and heavy weight/strength training. We establish exactly what it is you want to create and set goal accordingly

Ice Bath Experience

  • Learn to better control your acute stress response (fight or flight) through this version of cryotherapy. You will be guided through submerging your body into temperatures 40 degrees and below for a short period of time with your breath work and myself leading the way. This modality assist us in learning to break mental barriers, creating a more easeful response when dealing with stressful situations, as well as hosts a slew of physical benefits including reducing inflammation, increasing energy levels, increasing metabolism, helps with muscle recovery/soreness, and boosts immunity.

  • Ice baths can be done as it's own service or added on to any any other offering.

  • All ice baths are filled on an individual basis with NO chemicals added.
